I got this as a gift for my friend who very recently had a baby and she told me that this was the perfect snack box to help her get nutrition while she was pumping so she didn't forget to eat throughout the day. She has celiac disease also and really appreciated not having to think about if anything had gluten in it. The shipping was faster than I expected and would highly recommend!
